2. The Delete Method. Less Is More. 

Doing more is the problem not the answer. Actually the competitive world says do more, faster, better. The idea around “do one thing” really well instead of a zillion things that are mediocre rings truer and truer for me these days. We live in an overstimulated world with a lower and lower attention span, less than 4 seconds to be exact. Average won’t cut it.

Remove things from your environment

  • Skip turning on the TV and go outside for a walk to get fresh air and clear your mind.
  • Brain dump. Pull out a notebook or journal and randomly write down whatever comes to mind. Get everything out of your brain and on paper. The purpose of this exercise is to uncluttered your thinking mind  by emptying it somewhere else other than inside of you.
