Want to know the difference between experts who seem to grow at lightning speed vs. entrepreneurs who keep experiencing average results? 

The difference doesn’t lie in years of experience, level of expertise or the number of hours put in your work. And it certainly doesn’t have anything to do with your luck! 

REAL leaders simply have one thing that most people never try to integrate in their lives… 

A ROUTINE. 

Look around and you’ll see all successful leaders have rituals that they follow religiously, routines that they stick by – day after day- month after month. 

For me, whenever I commit to doing something, I do it for at least 6 months to come to any conclusion. Because doing the same thing over and over again gives me actual reason to continue or discontinue that particular thing. 

But how do you know which routine is worth setting in the first place? 

Let me share a series of steps I walk myself through when deciding if a ritual or routine is worth going for.

1)  Does this routine solve a problem? If yes! Go for it. If it doesn’t, it might just be a glorified practice.

2) Ask yourself WHY do you need a new ritual or routine in place? Once you connect with the why, you’ll actually find it easy to even follow the routine afterwards.

3) Get inspired. Read books, dive into the history of your favorite leaders, go out in nature. If the desire to create that routine still remains, embrace it.

4) What goals have you set for the year? Now, will this new ritual or routine help you reach your goals? If so, make it a part of your life!
