I have a question for you.

If a boulder was rolling down the mountain top and you were in it’s path, would you stop to answer your phone? Would you check your email? Would you stop to eat a protein bar? Heck no? Why not?

Because you need all of your focus, energy, and drive so you can run your fastest pace to get out of Dodge! So why is it different in your lives and businesses? Why is it that you think you can do two, three, or four things at once? The answer is that you can but the results are watered down. You think you are doing more but you are actually accomplishing much less. It becomes obvious if you think about running from a boulder while sending a text message. You wouldn’t even think about it.

So here’s a challenge for you. Are you willing to do only one thing at a time this week?
