I pray you and your family are safe and healthy. 

... these are highly turbulent times
… fear of the virus and fear of the economic downturn
… know we are not in this alone
… trust this will pass 
… we will become better and the world will become better as a result. 

Millions of us, together around the world are home in quarantine. It’s a time to REDEFINE and REBOOT- health, relationships, business, in all of LIFE. 

For that reason I’ve been on line for the last 26 days straight offering daily lifestreams to bring guidance, support and resources to get through these treacherous moments. 9 AM. Scroll to the bottom to get the Zoom link to join us. 

I want to help even more people and bring even more value. In the spirit of service, anyone that needs me know I am there for YOU.  

I also recommend:

Self isolation. My husband, Harry and I put ourselves in quarantine 4 weeks ago.  We did it for ourselves and for others to be able to stay healthy too. I hope you are doing the same. 

Limit how much news you watch. Be informed, yes, but that doesn’t mean watching for extended periods of time. Quick updates should suffice. 

Be a leader in the community. Communicate with family, friends and colleagues. Check in with people. A quick hello or text message can go a long way to make people feel cared about and less fearful.  

Extend kindness and loving acceptance for yourself. These are rough times. Everyone can expect to feel anxious and will have days of feeling “off.” It’s okay. 

Know…

This is going pass. 
You are stronger than you know. 
The earth is cleansing right now. 
Relationships are going to be less surface and become much deeper. 
Health is going to be top priority from now on. 
Being busy is a thing of the past. 
Meditation can help anxiousness dissolve. 
Going for daily walks now have great value. 
We are being called back to the basics.
