2) Know, Like, Trust Factor: Build a bond with people you want to serve. Voice out your vision, your message and your values, because your community has the same vision. They believe in the things YOU believe in. They are working towards the same mission. So, you sharing your truth is going to connect them with you on such a deeper level. 

3) Participation: Show up and engage with your people. Share relevant content, join conversations, meet up with your audience through networking platforms. Make it fun! They won’t only enjoy themselves but would also want their circle to be a part of your community. 

4) Value: Offer value to people in your circle, and they will be sure to stick around. Value can be in the form of content, constructive conversations, and simply you standing in your power and being REAL. 

5) Get existing members in your community to invite people into the group. Word of mouth is the best type of marketing. And don’t forget to acknowledge their efforts and appreciate loyal members.
